- Restored compatibility to the latest game update.

- Updated the mod to work properly with the most recent changes to crafting.
- Removed some unnecessary editor files to make the mod as light as possible.

Fixed an issue regarding the namechange. You might get an error once for your next gamestart (invalid mod), if you were already subscribed to the mod. Also you might have to reactivate the mod due to it's namechange in the game's files. Change was made simply for consistency, sorry for the inconvenience.

Updated mod name in ingame modlist from "WoodDismantler" to "Shave Bark Earlier".
