Animal Rations, Feeder, and Beds

Description
Did you know that EVERYONE can eat from the vanilla Animal Feeder?
Well they can and they WILL!
I got tired of my humanoids stealing my animal food, so I made a mod that solves that issue PLUS more!

This mod adds four cooking recipes in the game unlocked from the Animal Rations research available at tech 2.

Animal Rations (125 nu) = 1 Bread + 8 Foul Raw Meat (a total of 115 nu cooked into 125 nu for a 10 nu bonus!)
Animal Slop (90 nu) = 1 Water + 8 Foul Raw Meat (a total of 80 nu cooked into 90 nu for a 10 nu bonus!)
Animal Veggie Ration (80 nu) = 1 Bread + 8 Greenfruit (same recipe as Foodcube with +5 nu)
Animal Cactus Ration (75 nu) = 1 Bread + 8 Cactus (same recipe as Dustwich with +5 nu)

These new rations and slop are sold by animal shop keepers! They can also be stored in the new building: Animal Ration Feeder - located under Storage. Only your animals will eat from it!
Foul Raw Meat also has a new storage bin! Let your cooks automate those Animal Rations!

This mod also adds a Sleeping Pillow (located under Interior) that is made from 4 fabrics and heals at the same rate as a regular bed. I didn't like the animation of placing an animal in a humanoid bed, so I made these. See screenshots for how cute the animals look in them! Humanoids can also use them if you like sleeping on the ground!

This mod ADDS most of the items to the game and the only changes two things:
1) Adds rations and slop to one vendor list, which shouldn't matter. If you have a mod that edits a lot of vendor lists, just place it below mine.
2) Adds the recipes to the cooking stove. Since it only adds the recipes, it should be compatible with other mods that add recipes to the cooking stove. If you have a mod that heavily edits the base cooking stove functionality, it may not be compatible. Make sure this is BELOW any mods that heavily edit the cooking stove functions.

P.S. Animals still need to be picked up and placed in the beds. This is hard coded into the game and there is no way to change it.

If you enjoy my mod, feel free to hit that 👍
Positive ratings let me know I'm doing a good job! 😊

Gotcha! Either way I'm glad you fixed it. I think I'll leave the Wheatstraw Farming dependency removed anyway. There's not really any reason to keep it. You need bread for the recipes, it's heavily implied you need to know how to farm wheat :p

i had it fixed before you updated, soo yeah, idk what i did :p

I went ahead and removed the Wheatstraw Farming dependency, so maybe that helped? I also updated the mod with a new recipe while I was poking around in the files. Glad it's working :D

@Rachel L Animal rations is already its own separate research. It would be impossible to research it before installing the mod because it would not exist. If you cannot find Animal Rations in your research tree, you probably have a mod installed that edits Wheatstraw Farming, as that is required to unlock Animal Rations.

Can you add the recipe to buy or to research? I already have research animal rations but since i have done it before installing the mod, it doesnt unlocks for me

I gave it a try and it seems to work fine as far as I can tell

@Born Of Birch I always import when I change mods, so I'm unsure. It's highly unlikely it would break a save, so you're welcome to test without an import.

Does this need an import or does it work fine on an existing save?

I understand. Thanks for the quick reply!
