go to any attack
change value to make OP (either stun, damage, or knockback, or size for cool)

And for that matter, if you want to disable MOST of Ronald's Blacklists go to Update.gml and go to line 371 and remove all urls (I recommend placing only Ronald Gaucho's URL in there (2004804058) to prevent bugs, OR just put a random ID there)

If you want to disable ronald's UIF snooping code go into update.gml, go to line 381 and change these values to:
other.awakening = false
other.banished = false
