And for that matter, if you want to disable MOST of Ronald's Blacklists go to Update.gml and go to line 371 and remove all urls (I recommend placing only Ronald Gaucho's URL in there (2004804058) to prevent bugs, OR just put a random ID there)

If you want to disable ronald's UIF snooping code go into update.gml, go to line 381 and change these values to:

hey sleffy if you're still confused, you click subscribe and it will automaticaly download when you open Rivals. However it will not work if you're not on workshop beta- to do that, right click Rivals on Steam, click properties, head to the betas tab, click the betas dropdown and scroll to Workshop Beta and click that.

Can you make him killable at high percentages? Right now he only dies if you catch him high up on the screen but a smash attack at 999% does nothing

Can you please make UI Fox stronger? Cosmic Ronald obliterates him and RonaldGaucho only has to do one move to kill him. Maybe do a BUI Fox (Beyond Ultra Instinct Fox) with maybe double the speed and attack power UI Fox had.
