Radio connected to the grid B41 (MP and SP).

Description
Multiplayer and singleplayer compatible.

This mod lets you to connect all kinds of vanilla radios, walkietalkies, HAM radios to wall outlet, so there are no need of batteries. Perfect way to listen to Emergency broadcast or Survivor radio mod.

Electrical level 1 is needed and few resources (2x electronic scrap, 1 electric wire) and you need to have screwdriver.
To convert to use grid power you need to have radio in inventory (or container), convert and then place down where are electricity (grid still working, or in range of generator).

Remove batery first before connecting to grid. Mod doesn't check if there is battery in radio/walkietalkie/HAM radio, so you can loose the batery. Battery check will be added later.

Remove CD first before connecting to grid. Mod doesn't check if there is CD in radio, so you will loose it.
Premium radio connected to grid dont have ability to play CD's.

Connecting (converting) changes presets on radio, so you will have to add presets again (for eg Emergency broadcast). You can use Radio Frequency Manager by Kaldo to save/load radio presets.

Currently there is no way to dissasemble connected radios/walkietalkies. That funcionality will be added later, to get same items one would get using vanilla dissasemble option.

Mod can be turned on mid game since it only adds craftable items and doesn't need recipe journals. Turning mod off will make your radios connected to grid dissapear.
Tested on 41.78 and 41.65

@sir Evans Yes, its know issue, thanks for reminding, will add it into description. Tbh, its very easy to fix, had update ready, but never pushed it. I already moved to B42 and dont want to update without testing.

Seems like converting premium radio to AC removes its ability to play CDs

any chance you'd consider making an AC/DC (not the band) radio when you have the time? i have a habit of cutting off my generator when i don't need heat/light but still want to hear people scream over the airwaves as they get eaten.

@magus yes, activate the mod on your save (or new game) and you will have recipes to connect radios to the grid.
