Basis for a combat-based late game progression system i made for my server, Tacitus Reach.

IMPORTANT! In order for encounters to spawn, Tacitus_Encounters is also required. This mod only provides the basic framework and dependencies.

Current features:
- Adds a new uncraftable part, Quantum Components
- Quantum Components grind to scrap, be careful to always have a supply for repairs!
- Makes Quantum Components required to build various advanced technology. Tech available: Nanobot systems, Shields, Androids
- Also adds Mexpex weaponry to the game, which currently does not require Quantum Components
- Adds several encounters of different strengths to the game, which can be looted for Quantum Components
- Disables the Safe Zone Block


Planned features:
- Extremely challenging boss encounters designed for multiple people teaming up
- Planetary encounters
- Improvements on combat behavior and difficulty


Tech Pricing:
- Nanobot BaR/DaF systems: 25 components (large/small)
- Defense Shields Shield Emitters: 150/100/50 components (station/large ship/small)
- NPC Android Crew: 50 components (Combat Mobility, Engineering, Production)
