Celestial Remnant - An Overpowered Roleplay Origin

The Celestials, A once powerful Star Empire with the goal of preserving every sentient species they find has succumb into an uncurable virus, even with their great knowledge, their civilization is starting to fall apart, years passed, only a few who are immune to virus are left.

The year is 2156, your parents was part of the herded species that was uplifted, given a full citizenship and also given a task to unite the now broken empire. it was one of the last orders given by the Celestials inorder to preserved their legacy.

Years passed, you are born in the year 2170, your fate has already been decided, you are forced to join the military career in order to prove once again that your species deserved the full citizenship that was given and to give hope to the remnants that safeguarded you and your family as well as some people of your species.

PS. I suck at creating back story, but I know you'll get the point of it.

-Start with an Ecumonopolis capital plus Gaia world
-Start with a least 150+ main pop and an additional 20 powerful survivor pop.
-Start with a lot of Fallen Empire Bldgs scattered to multiple star systems
-Start with a neighboring abandoned Ecumonopolis, Gaia, and a complete Ring World
-Start with a broken Dyson Sphere, Matter Decompressor, Sentry, Mega-shipyard and a Strategic Command Center located in the neighboring system.
-Start with every main resources maxed out. (energy, food, minerals, alloys)
-Start with a fleet consisting of 6 battleships
-Start with a bunch of free tech for basic survival.
-Start with a ruler with the following traits:
-RULER: Your ruler will start with the following boost/traits:
---Champion of the People (+5 Happiness)
---From the Ranks (Army Boost)
---Deep Connection (+1 influence)
---Cyborg (Immortality)
---Age: 30
---Ruler Level 5

Note: Tanya System requires Guaranteed Habitable = 2 on galaxy creation.

-Cryogenic Bunker = Once removed, Will create 10 owner pop as well as 3 types of species pop. (all 3 types is empire wide to lessen pop clutter)
-Cryogenic Bunker 2 = Once removed, Will create 5 owner pop and + a 60% chance of 1 or 30% chance of 3 or 10 chance of 6 additional owner pop.
-Worker Cryogenic Bunker 3 = Once removed, will create a 1 type species with the trait of Nerve Staple. This species is Empire wide to lessen the worker nerve stapled pop clutter.

-Cyborg = Imortality (Ruler class only)

-Chain event to give a monument to those who have fallen to the virus. (Should be compatible on future updates)

-Mod is designed to be played on higher diffuculty to balance out the overpowered boost.
