Note: This will make early game a hell of a lot easier

A big issue I had with the mid-end game of kenshi is that recruiting characters can feel quite tedious and immersion breaking. You're telling me the only characters who want to join my merry band of 25 hardened end-game warriors are all level 1 in 90% of their of stats? What? These so called drifters have never bandaged anything in their life? Never swung a stick before? Have they been sitting in the bar you find them in for their entire lives? This mod attempts to fix this problem.

Description: This mod raises and randomizes the stats of of every recruit in the game. All recruits will have an average of 20 in all of their stats, randomized by 13 points. This does not include unique recruits. Themed recruits(ie medics) had their orignal stats taken into account and will retain roughly those same stat ratios, but they are also still randomized to the same degree. Medics will still be much better at bandaging than your run of the mill recruit, and some will be absolute masters of their craft. Some unique recruits were so close to being completely blank that I didn't bother doing this however. Every recruit you meet is different now, sometimes you'll get lucky and hire a jack of all trades and sometimes you'll end up with absolute idiot savant, master of nothing but swimming and farming. The lowest stat a basic recruit can have is 7, and the highest is 33, so there is a wide range of levels a recruit can end up being, but they will on average atleast outrank most vanilla recruits.

This is basically a beta for a complete recruit overhaul I'd like to make in the future, as there is a lot I'd like to add to this mod. Mainly I'd like to balance each recruit based on their one time payments to a more obvious degree(500 vs 2500 cat priced recruits should have different stats), completely redo unique character stats(to be more unique, ie put a larger gap between beep and say ruka), and add some more pay and stat "levels" to the characters you can recruit for endgame(10k themed recruits for example). Stay tuned for that mod in the (hopefully) near future.

@Machete_h4X I was about to say yes, but now that I think about it, I didn't disabled all of my mod which doesn't managed with mod manager such as Kenshi Performance Fix and RE_Kenshi. Maybe it's a compatibility issue with RE_Kenshi if I have to pick one.

I couldn't find out why via FCS, but I can confirm this mod causes a bug makes you can't interact with some unique recruits like Pia and Stubs Momuso. If this happens to you, disable this mod, leave the town, and come back to reload the zone. I could recruit Pia normally, and now I'm gonna try Momuso later.

hey I really like this mod, but i'm using UWE with it and it seems that i can't interact with the unique recruits that are from that mod, do you know the problem for this?
