Upgradeable Storage Silos

Description
The mod probably won't be updated anymore because I lost the files I used for this. Sorry for that.

This mod "fixes" the resource storage buildings by adding upgraded versions of the Resource Silos building.

Sadly, it also necessarily overwrites a vanilla file:
03_resource_buildings.txt

This has been done to enable the building to upgrade to level 2.

Other than that, no vanilla files have been touched.

That's probably a result of the instant_build command. It's not programmed into the mod.

I found a bug, when you upgrade your main building, you instantly get 1 000 000 storage.
