Custom Turret Builder III

Description
MINOR UPDATE: I've added a "Mod Manager" tab which will contain various options for the mod. For now, I've moved the button to "Add Armed Turret Slots" over to this tab.

IMPORTANT: THIS MOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CUSTOM TURRET BUILDER II. For now, you should also name your turret save files differently than any saved under CTB2.

UPDATE #1: Fixed tooltip descriptions (Note: I STRONGLY recommend lyravega's Detailed Turret Tooltips mod -- an absolute necessity -- https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1751636748.

UPDATE #2: Previously, only the options that *could* be applied to the turret in the vanilla game were available to customize for each particular turret. In this version, however, I've expanded the options as follows:

Added fire rate option to all projectile turrets.
Added fire range option to all turrets.
Added guided weapon option to all projectile turrets.
Added ionized weapon (shield penetration) option to all turrets.
Added explosion damage radius option to chainguns & bolters.
Added block penetration option to all turrets.

These additions to NOT apply to defensive turrets.

COMMENTS:

This mod is basically Custom Turret Builder II but with a major twist.

First, a bit of history. For many of the available options, the mod calls for the player to enter an integer to be multiplied by or divided into the base turret value. Why? Why not just input a new value to replace the vanilla value? Because, I'm not 100% sure what the actual values are supposed to be. And if you start entering values blindly, the functionality of the turret can be totally messed up. On the other, it's super easy to customize the turret value by, for example, "five times the value for damage." Thus, simply change the vanilla value by 5x. Bada bing, bada boom.

In THIS VERSION, the player can modify the turret value by "percentage." In other words, if the player enters "2.4", the turret value will increase by 240% (almost 2 1/2). However, if the player enters "0.9", the turret value decreases by 10%. Thus, the player can now increase or decrease the base value of the turret. Also, rather than increasing (or decreasing) a value by integers only (2x, 3x, 4x, etc.), values can be increased (or decreased) in virtually any amount (1.1 = 10% increase, 0.7 = 30% decrease, 1.01 = 1% increase, etc.).

Finally, as a result of the update, turrets designed with Custom Turret Builder II with not work with this mod. Also, I didn't want to replace Custom Turret Builder II with a new mod which invariably will have a host of bugs. So I've uploaded this as a separate mod.

Please let me know if you like/hate the changes (using good manners of course). Also, please let me know when you come across a bug -- I will try to squash it.

It's saying that the mod is for version 1.0 and most of us are running 1.3.7 I believe...

the author keeps making new versions instead of updating the old one, if you look in his workshop, I believe the latest version is "IV"
