No, AI cannot use any of these.
One of my original intentions with this mod was the army flexibility. So the unlimited switching between modifiers is by-design. And I don't plan to limit that.

Also, maybe add a timer for when you change something? So that you cant just switch back and forth at will. Encourage looting when not in a battle then just switch to bad looting when in a battle

Can Ai use these options? Are they able to switch between them? As in, AI switches to more conscripts when at low man power and vice versa? As well as all the other options?

This mod is now updated so that it doesnt require the date to be after 1444. This means it is now useable with ET. Emirhan2071 thanks for telling me about the issue.
