Race little toy cars in Garry's Mod! Now featuring AI!

Just click on one of the car entities to spawn it. Drift cars go faster and drift a lot. When playing against friends or AI, mixing drift and normal cars will make the game unfair.

Note: Before spawning a car, I recommend enabling noclip, putting yourself into the ground a little and then disabling noclip again. It'll keep you from moving around as you control the car. I may make a more elegant solution later.

By default there is no car camera, press the use key (default E) to switch camera.

To change your car's color, you can switch their skins out by right clicking a car with the context menu open (C by default).

You may use the race marker (which spawns a finish line and a checkpoint) to create a race and race your friends.
You can right click the race marker to start a countdown. It will automatically keep track of any cars that are participating in the race, and log completed laps to the chat.

If you want AI to be able to do your race, you must spawn AI markers around the track as well, see below.

Note: You MUST place AI markers for the AI to actually work. I recommend placing one every few meters and at important sections like turns. Right click the AI marker in the entity menu to use "Spawn with toolgun", it's easier to create markers this way.

The only important thing for cars to follow the markers is that every next marker must be one (1) higher than the previous marker's index. When following indexes, cars only care about markers placed by the same player as the last marker they were following.

If it can't find the next marker, it will fall back to taking the nearest one. This is useful to connect the end of your course back with the start (like marker index 22 back with 0).

You can right click on markers to either start from zero again, or to start adding more markers from that marker's index. I'll release a tutorial video in a couple days if it's not clear enough.

You may open the context menu of a spawned miniracer (right-click it) to make it an "AI driver".

When you also have a race marker set up, you can tell the AI to wait for the race to start. The AI won't do anything until the race marker it is on gets to "Go". This way, you can set up AI cars and race against them.

- Movement keys: drive
- Use: change camera between top down, hood, behind or player, the cam will be forced into first-person if the top-down cam cannot see the car
- Reload: put your car upright (in case it flips over)
