Battle Carrier Ise-NRM II (Legacy)

Description
This is the legacy version in case anyone is running a save from Version 1.2 of this mod.
For all future updates check out the main mod Here.

Description:
Changes Heavies, Cruisers, and Submarines to allow for new Hybrid Carrier ship types.
To access new modules first complete the added "Crazy Idea" decisions for surface and/or subsurface ships.
After that modules are automatically granted based on Main Battery, Carrier, and Aircraft Launcher Techs between a few days and a month.
Note: Because of the number of modules add this mod can be unwieldy.

Features:
-Over 1800 New hybrid Flight Deck / Main Battery modules for Heavies and Cruisers.
-New Carrier Hybrid Ship Types for Heavies, Cruisers, and Submarines.
-Light, Medium, and Heavy Gun Turrets for Submarines
-Events to bypass some "Crazy Idea" decisions for Japan, Netherlands, and France

Known Issues:
-For Hulls with a lot of Main Battery Gun Options some may be pushed below selection box. The current workaround involved entering one of the sub castigators and backing out to get a scroll bar to show up.
-Aircraft numbers must be manually assigned for each new production line
-Only English and German localizations for the time being
-No AI Support

Compatibility:
-Do Not Run Alongside the Other Ise or Surcouf Mods-
HOI4 1.6.x - 1.9.x
Naval Rework Mod II v1.2.x - v1.4
Requires Man the Guns DLC

In HOI4 I don't believe that there is any good way of changing ship design midway through production like was done historically with Ranger or Shinano.

The Flight deck part of the modules defensibly cost less than most dedicated gun modules.
When converting a ship you are discounted the cost of all the guns (of the same caliber and tech level) that you retain. So you wont be paying brand new gun turrets when creating something like Ise.

I read that after signing the 1919 Naval Treat, some countries converted their under-construction cruisers to aircraft carriers, which reduced the overall tonnage to fit in the treaty limits (slight oversimplification). Curious if installing flight decks could justify reducing production cost?

The Hybrids should have access to same Skins / 3D models regular that Battleships, Cruisers, and Submarine do.
