Description
Added enhanced mana increase and recharge reduction spells.
The effect size is doubled and quadrupled compared to the default, and the mana cost and cast delay of the price are doubled and doubled.

thank god this exists
sometimes the chainsaw exploit isn't able to be used for some wand builds (especially shuffle ones), this is an amazing alternative
