Long War 2 Loading Screens for WOTC

Description
Adds the Long War 2 dark loading screens to War of the Chosen.

CONFIG

By default this mod disables the vanilla loading screens but keeps the WOTC loading screens. You can go in XComEngine.ini of the mod to re-enable the vanilla load screens or disables the WOTC ones as you please.
