Vandal AI mod (Beta)

Mod that allows AI to drive Vandals, but currently it's quite limited in variety, as AI can only run stock Vandals.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is basically my previous AI mod, but Vandal themed. So default AI will behave and look differently compared to the vanilla game. - But, this does make for hectic racing.

CHANGES:
- Vandal SHOULD appear in all c-class races.
- Added multiple AI sets that include Vandals.
- Added mutliple AI player profiles, for varitey in driving habits.
- Tweaked default AI profiles, to try and prevent Vandals from being completely suicidal.

BUGS/ISSUES:
- An 'invisible' van may appear when running 23 opponents.
- AI isn't particularly smart when it comes to cornering, not much I can do here.
- Paintjobs during Derbies are all the same, so I hope you like blue.
- Has NOT been tested in Career, as it would most likely break it.
