make this vandal a driveable vehicle

Mod should be working again now. However, elements have been removed to make it work again, so variations of AI driving styles and paintjobs have been limited. As I assume they're been renamed or removed. Hope you still get enjoyment outta it.

I've added something like that now; 'Battle of the Boxes' is the name I've gone for :) They're two version of it
