Compatibility mod for Age of Civilzation: Econonomy Overhaul and Decodance mods.

Allows terrain on Autumn and Tundra hexes to produce resource.

Fix for the mountain temperate tiles is in. I tested forest tundra and it worked correctly, so if it isn't working for you, I'd guess it's a conflict with another mod you are running. @Dragon

The mountain temperate tiles were missing the code, but I don't see any reason why the forest on Tundra isn't working.

and it looks like the mountain tiles do not produce production on Temperate terrain

this mod doesnt seem to collect gold from the forest on Tundra terrain
