================Description================
I Make this mod because Tynan changed the logic of the GroundPenetratingScanner in v1.1.
This change may be good for the efficiency, but it is not comfortable while playing.

This mod does not include any function or mathod or something, but just changed the "deep" data of some resources.

It is compatible with saved game, and should be compatible with most of other mods.

As a patch, this mod should be loaded before core.

================Explaination================
Few hours later then I uploaded this mod. Proxyer uploaded another one, I put the link above.
I misunderstood him for the timing, same function, and the similar numbers we have. so I submitted a complaint. That made his mod froze.
Then I saw his calculating progress and his modding progress. He started this work from late April. Then I realized I was wrong. An apology to him.
