Best regards.
I will add the link to your mod in my description and explain this as compensating.
And I will not turn this mod into a patch until yours recovered.

Please do not hesitate to talk to the other person before appealing. Emotional behavior will have unfortunate consequences for you and me.
Hopefully you can learn more and contribute to the RimWorld mod community.
After all of these processes are complete, I promise to allow you to divert the patch. Because I originally claimed no rights to them (as you know, copyright exists with or without explicit manifestation). So, let's start with the conversation "Please give permission" "Yes, it's okay". Thank you.
First of all, please tell DMCA (dmca@valvesoftware.com) the parts 1 to 5 that you wrote when you filed the complaint, and tell them that the complaint was misunderstood. Then DMCA will reply to you (perhaps to confirm that it is true), so follow the instructions.
Also, for Steam's help, please tell me that it was a misunderstanding that my mods were frozen, and I reached a settlement with me (Proxyer) who was the author of them.
Probably it will take 2-3 days for the audit to be completed. Take action now. Please.

So I apologize for my misunderstanding. And sorry for these arguments.
And please tell me how to withdraw the complaint. I will withdraw it.

I hope you understand that you made a mistake.
You just sued me because the numbers in Defs were similar, but he said, "I stole the whole code, but you don't have the copyright?"
are you sure?
You criticized the DMCA complaint that I hadn't done the calculations, but you're doing complex calculations with "all drillable resources" and tested and fixed them from midnight to early morning 6 I'm calling until now. And, most importantly, I completed the mod before 5/2 when I told you that you created the mod.
At last. To resolve your misconception, post a thread with the instructions contained in the text you have already sent to DMCA.
Hope you can see it and get rid of your misunderstandings. I explain that all the plagiarism you accused me was misleading.
I explained all your misunderstandings in COUNTER-COMPLAINT PROCESS to DMCA. You will receive the copy at your place. But when you receive it, be prepared for a legal battle with me. Of course, I could formally file a lawsuit with DMCA for your patchcode theft.
By this time tomorrow, I have two pieces of evidence available to confirm facts about your dismissal of your case against DMCA and evidence that Valve has withdrawn from my workshop. Please give me. If that is not possible or not done, in addition to the current COUNTER-COMPLAINT PROCESS, we will formally sue you to DMCA for copyright violations.
No more excuses needed. Whether you do it or not. If we don't have those actions by this time tomorrow, we will immediately sue you for copyright infringement against DMCA.
I haven't provided you with a patch code and I haven't apologized. I have also received no notice from the DMCA that your complaint has been withdrawn.
I hope you withdraw the falsely filed DMCA complaint and remove the patch that I plagiarized without permission. Thank you.

========Updated 5/6/2020==========
I rebuild this mod into a patch. The form I learned from Proxyer, thanks and respects to him.
Patch is much better then def, because patch just write the data that need to be changed, others not. That's much safer when the game be updated.
You plagiarized my mod despite suing me with DMCA. I also sued DMCA for copyright infringement.
Hello. I'm using some mods under Proxyer's maintained too. So I did and will respect all his hard work.
I made this claim not just considered the timing, or the function, but the data. It just changed some numbers, so the numbers are the essence of this mod. Sometimes mods do have similar functions, I truly knew It.
I'm using the substantial similarity with contact standards. As I said, different people will give different numbers, these mods shouldn't be such similar. I think that's substantial similarity. The contact? I'm not sure. But there is a probability. That's why I made the claim. I need someone to find out.
I totally agree with you at the "it would be great to all come together as a community" part. But the community must respect everyone, right? If there is an infringement, I need to be respected. If not, Proxyer need to be respected. And I do believe that's the respect to every single player who like this game.
Best regards.
he actually tries to help translate tons of mods for others to enjoy the game, and also makes a few mods from time to time - i really dont believe they would have deliberately chosen to copy your mod and pretend it is theirs..
if anything, they dont even have time to manage their own mods, and would not copy others if they already exist.
for you making a mod, i say congratulations - it is always cool that people make mods, and i honestly think it is just a case of timing... and coincidence that there are some similarities. and i could politely ask you to not make a copy claim because we all are making mods to enjoy the game, and it would be great to all come together as a community :)
kindest regards,
pgames
