Dornier Do-31 E3 VTOL Cargo Plane **USE MISSION**

This is the Do-31, modeled of course after the original German Dornier Do-31 E3 made to be a revolutionary vehicle and a breakthrough in VTOL technology. This plane was able to produce more vertical thrust than any helicopter at the time while still keeping the positive attributes of a plane. Though the plane was never mass produced or widely used, it is a well known piece of technological aviation history.

Non-VTOL Flight INSTRUCTIONS:
1. After being seated in the pilot's seat, locate the main control power breaker on the right hand side of the top cockpit instrument panel and turn it to the ON position.

2. After making any lighting adjustments from the panel found on the left hand side of the top instrument panel, locate the key button labeled "Unlock Engine Compressors" on the center of the lower instrument panel. After doing so, locate and apply the desired throttle on the left throttle lever.

3. Use the included powered steering system to taxi to the desired runway location. After doing so, apply maximum throttle to the left lever and slowly pull up using the w/s keys to increase in altitude.

4. Roll control are the a/d keys and yaw is left/right arrow keys.

5. Locate and toggle on that landing gear switch above your head and enjoy your flight! :)

VTOL Flight INSTRUCTIONS:
1. After being seated in the pilot's seat, locate the main control power breaker on the right hand side of the top cockpit instrument panel and turn it to the ON position.

2. Locate the toggle button labeled "Gyro Stabilizer" and toggle it on.

3. After making any lighting adjustments from the panel found on the left hand side of the top instrument panel, locate the key button labeled "Unlock Engine Compressors" on the center of the lower instrument panel. After doing so, locate and apply the desired throttle on the right throttle lever. A throttle of 0.63 is recommended with light or no cargo.

4. After the engines have some time to reach the correct throttle, use the up/down arrow keys to increase or decrease in altitude.

5. Roll/side-strafe controls are the a/d keys and yaw is the left/right arrow keys. The Pitch is controlled by the w/s keys (If the plane begins to rock along this axis, you can use these keys to regain control).

6. Locate and toggle on that landing gear switch above your head and enjoy your flight! :)
