Description
Whisper: Son of a...Chimera Squad, watch out in the next room, we got a civilian trying to be a hero. Make sure they don't die, alright?

Description
This mod adds a new subobjective that can appear on missions: an armed civilian emulating the spirit of the old world country City 31's predecessor (known as Pittsburgh) existed in, and getting themselves into the same kind of trouble as most people in the old world who tried this got into.

Preventing them from dying an untimely death will grant Chimera Squad a free advanced weapon upgrade or armor upgrade like hazmat sealing.

Requirements
This mod currently requires my personal highlander. It will not function without this requirement.

Compatibility
This mod automatically configures any mission that allows for the hostage taker subobjective to also be able to support this subobjective. This should automatically work with modded missions without any further changes required.

now can we make it so that any spawned civis have a bravery stat.
and if a civic bravery stat is high enough it have a let say 50/50% chance to spawn whit a weapon (pistol).
if it dont spawn whit a weapon but a nearby enemy dies or get unconsion the civi will run get his weapon and fight.

This mod really helps contribute to the "police" style of gameplay versus the militaristic style prior XCOM games. I have no doubt that in a world as socially unstable as XCOM:CS, civilians would arm themselves for self-defense.

The other mod is just a framework that allows this mod to work.

Looks great! I would totally get this if it didn't tell me to get that other thing that said a bunch of words I don't really understand.

Yeah civilians participating in the fights by distracting/subduing the criminals is perfect for a world like this when you have several thousand former military as non combatives.

Yeah, always though that that muton or snek civilian could help a little with their natural abilities.
