now can we make it so that any spawned civis have a bravery stat.
and if a civic bravery stat is high enough it have a let say 50/50% chance to spawn whit a weapon (pistol).
if it dont spawn whit a weapon but a nearby enemy dies or get unconsion the civi will run get his weapon and fight.

This is awesome man thanks for this.

This mod really helps contribute to the "police" style of gameplay versus the militaristic style prior XCOM games. I have no doubt that in a world as socially unstable as XCOM:CS, civilians would arm themselves for self-defense.

The other mod is just a framework that allows this mod to work.

Looks great! I would totally get this if it didn't tell me to get that other thing that said a bunch of words I don't really understand.

Yeah civilians participating in the fights by distracting/subduing the criminals is perfect for a world like this when you have several thousand former military as non combatives.

Man, i LOVE third parties in these games, wish they could do something like that in xcom 3
EpikAchu 15 May, 2020 @ 2:40am
Yeah, always though that that muton or snek civilian could help a little with their natural abilities.

What a fun idea! Great job!

Please add this to X2. I'm tired of civvies depending only on the militia.

I'm sure this is actually City 17.
Franimus 13 May, 2020 @ 7:35pm
Is it really Pittsburgh? I thought City 31 was an ADVENT build. Also, great mod idea!
BlueRaptor Goldwings 13 May, 2020 @ 2:47pm
Nice mod.

Hell, in some posters you can see the Faceless are also part of the civilian workforce. Some civilians could turn out to be Faceless in disguise. that would be a susprise to the criminals.
Ixidron 13 May, 2020 @ 8:42am
Heh, would be fun to see a muton civy go berserk and punch the crap out of someone, or a panicked viper civy spit poison on someone or a sectoid civilian mincontrol an enemy. I mean, civilian or not, they are all trained elite ex-soldiers ffs. I'm surprised they just keep their heads down.

Looks cool! What's the chance of this submission showing up, and is it customizable? Thanks.

It's a bonus, the game only checks for agents that die on a mission for mission/campaign failure.
CaptainVietnam 12 May, 2020 @ 5:21pm
I like to play on hardcore would it be a mission fail to get him killed or is it just like a bonus?
