How do MODEs work, you may ask?
HYPER will allow you to access the full potential of Fspecial, turning it from a measly dash move with a second's cooldown to a full, three-hit command grab.
MEGA will give you access to a bouncing beat projectile on Nspecial in place of the first variation. It's purple and has larger knockback, as well as altering your Dash speed to be slightly faster.
SUPER will change your dash speed to be even faster at 8.5, and change your moonwalking acceleration to 1.6. You will be able to fall faster in fastfall too. You will also be able to indefinitely slide(dash attack held down) on this mode and every other higher one.
ULTRA will change your moonwalk accel to 1.69, and allow you to fall even faster when in fastfall.
EXTRA gives you a trail, and gives you the third and final form of the Nspecial projectile. A slow moving, green-flash bomb-like projectile. Both your dash speed and moonwalk accel increase by .25.
GIGA sets your dash speed to 9, and gives you TWO double jumps. You have a fast fall speed of 20 and your moonwalk accel is set to 1.8.

As you progress, your mode meter will decrease faster over time, meaning you better 'git gud' to maintain the stat boosts you want. So be warned!

This fighter's been a long time coming. Seven months in the making, and for a first attempt with learning things, this came out pretty well! I intend for this to be a love letter to an indie series that quickly became one of my favourites.
