That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, but I'm glad you're having fun x)
(Lakes are generated as random circles, so in vanilla, usually all you get is Swiss cheese. A 'snowman' lake if you're lucky, or Mickey Mouse if you're really lucky.)
Seed #455731534 with medium valleys setting.
Thanks for making a version with less lakes, I will try it!
What I meant with "massive lakes" are lakes that cover very close to my whole screen when I am zoomed out to the max - you see maybe 10% land, the rest is lake.
Glad you like it, but also check out the More Terrain mod if you haven't -- some of its map types are mostly water so it might be a better fit if you intend to build most of your town on the water.
