Description
Installed a mod like Base Agents Gain XP or Squad Size Adjustments but still resort to your A-Team all the time? Kinda wanna see what the "skip a day" texts are like but want a reason to do so? Here's a mod for that.

Summary
This mod specifically kicks in once you start the second investigation since then you actually have a core reserve to fallback on.

Every unit will then have a 2 mission limit before they need rest. If they don't, they will gain or deepen a scar. You can keep using the unit regardless, but it will further scar development and require additional training to recover from.

In order for a unit to be considered "rested" again , they must spend two days without being on a mission.

A tooltip will appear on units that will incur a scar if they go on a mission, if you hover over their icon in the APC slots.

Exact values can be modified in the mod's XComGameData.ini

cool mechanic but it needs an UI tracker

Are characters set up as androids in the "Upgrades mod" immune to this? If not they should be.

I like the concept but bc of the way there is usually not enough squad members in the first part of the game to do stuff, once this would start making sense it just feels like a shot in the foot. Instead of using a stick, how about using a carrot this time? Remove the fatigue and exchange it for a "well rested" mechanic that grants a buff to units that stay out of missions for a couple of days.

Do they need two days rest after one mission too, or could they be one one day, off the next and be fine?

What if an agent does 1 mission, rest for the other, go on next mission, rest 1 turn and so on ?

Excellent mechanic should have been part of the base game. Well done.

Any way to add an indicator about when a character is fatigued and seding them on a mission will result in a injury? I found that it's rather hard to keep track of all units and their fatigue status, especially in the late game, when I have the max size for the squad. More often than not, I would end up receiving fatigue scars because I couldn't remember I had already done two missions with that guy or gal.
