Hi there is a problem with the script even on your tunnel worm sample, just reinstall the program block and the script stops working.

@Cronyx I have no idea. Several hours of running showed that pistons bend to the curvature of the planet (who could've guessed!..), and so does the tunnel. It's not a lot, but you'd be forced to re-adjust to the grid being built every once in a while.

This happened when running early versions of the script, but I can't see how it would be gone.

Or maybe you can adjust piston forces instead. I'm not building anything, so not going to try.

Do you think this would scale? I guess if I don't change the dimensions along the axis of expansion, it would be fine, right? I kind of want to build a big, *big* version, to use for making the main corridor of a base. At least tall enough for big blast door gates, and two lanes of traffic.
