Aranasyn's D&D Table

Description
27 June 2020 Update:

Note: The tile currently laying over the one world mat is just that - a tile. Shrink it down and move it back into "unplaced maps" and the oneworld table functions as normal.

--

Deleted some models that were causing loading hangs (sound cubes and such - just weren't working for me). Highly recommend Michael Gelfi's RPG ambience channels playing on a discord bot in the background!

Added a bunch of models, tweaked the back table map to lie flat and be able to have objects/markers dropped on it better.

More room on back table for a second map as well.

Cleaned up some scatter objects for less overall load on PCs computers, I think. Easy enough to delete more of that stuff, if it's an issue for your table.

Added an art station just in front of the zone/city maps table with 8 states - can change the urls of the images to give a bit more vibe to whatever area you're playing in.

Color coded several of the HP trackers, and added an initiative notecard for if you add mobs mid-fight. Just right click and change "color tint" to black if you don't like it.

Color coded some of the objects just to give the players their "own" corners. Can just change the "color tint" back to white if you don't like it.

Added "fudging" dice near the GM's roll computer. You can click the number on the die you want as a state, then just pick up the die and drop it straight down. It has a different announcement format than the computer, so be sure to use both methods interchangeably if you think this is something you'll be using, so it doesn't look 'off' to your players.

Color coded bags for models:
Grey = worldbuilding or dungeonbuilding stuff
White = supernatural mobs
Blue = Heroes and typical friendly/enemy humanoid NPCs
Red = Typical Enemy Monster NPCs
Teal = Story Models

----------------------------------

Tons of resources, based on dreadbringer's one world table. If you get a couple of items that hang on loading, it's the sound cubes. Delete if they're bothering you, but they eventually load without shaders and still work.

The table is currently set up for a tomb of annihilation run, but you can reset the one world sandtable - check out "one world" and "you can DM too!" mods for details, definitely watch the tutorials first. Be careful with one world and save often while you're fiddling with it. Easy to blow up the table when you're messing with them.

The map props, just change the source urls and turn them into new maps.

For the flippable pdf's, you can just change the url's inside to your player's pdfs as they level. You'll have to flatten the pdf's first - print them as pdf's, save, upload.

Most items are locked in the room, if you don't like something and want to move it, I highly recommend the move object tools, not dragging and dropping.

The HP tracker bars will put bars (without numbers) over models if you drop them on top of the square - if the bar is locked in place (all currently are), the information on the bar will permeate through a save - but the bar on the miniature will not. You'll have to re-place the model on top of the bar after coming back mid-battle. Also of note, the bar requires some sort of base for this to function - if you're using a 3d model that doesn't have some part of it that has the "base" tag, you'll have to connect the model to a figurine base. I've thrown one on the GM table with a really tiny paper fig in it. Just copy the base, drop it nearby get the scale right for your mini, then put your mini on top of it. Then connect the model to the figure using the TTS attach tool (make sure to start from the model, and end on the base).

The initiative roller - the square for the player is to adjust their +modifier to initiative. Same for the GM's rollers - they're for your own mobs. Helps to change the labels so players can see clearly who's going when on the side.

Sorry, I moved off of TTS and into Foundry VTT. I still feel like TTS has a lot of merit for D&D, but I'm not a strong enough troubleshooter to fix mistakes that came up from blending stuff. I believe the scrolls came with the Drewgo's table, but i can't recall specifically. Good luck!

Love this, a really cool showcase and I used this a lot to brainstorm ideas. Would you happen to know what mod the custom scrolls are from? They're used as a prop here but I'm trying to track down that mod for the templates. Thank you!

I've been sorting through asset bags a lot more recently, and it seems like quite a bit of the assets sources have gone missing. I've been deleting them as I find them, next update will be cleaner and less useless clutter, but yeah.

A lot of the stuff is not my own design, but if I can help, let me know!

This table is fantastic. I am adding to it now for Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. I would love to chat with you about some of the things you have in here. If it would be possible to speak with you that would be great.
