Working as intended in 1.55

IMPORTANT: This needs higher priority than any economy mods to ensure proper signage being displayed.

This changes up some of the VMS board messages.

My mods are always free of charge and uploaded only to Steam. If you found this somewhere else the mod was stolen. There is NO support for stolen mod content.

@GamerGuy1045 This mod is not version locked. It works fine in 1.55 and there is nothing to update right now. Working as intended version number changed.
