I love the idea but the messages change too fast, don't have time to read them.

UPDATE: This is working as intended so far in the 1.50 Experimental Open Beta. If anything changes I will get things updated as soon as possible.

@DDR_17 Neither of those states have independent sign boards like there was for Texas. My hands are tied by SCS here. I may go through and swap out some of the messages later though.

IRL Texas you'll usually see the following:
- Generic "buckle up" notices
- Special notices for holidays and other events
- Death counts that year (rare)
- Silver Alerts
- Times for inclement traffic
- Parking for special events

All of those would be hard to implement (and some of them not useful) but it's a good mod, thanks!

Status Update: So far with the 1.47 Open Beta there is no update needed for this. I personally have not ran across any issues but if you do please let me know so it can be fixed.

Good news. It appears that yesterday evening the Workshop issues with disappearing mods from peoples games has been fixed.

Here is a workaround:

While on the launchpad screen go into your Mod Manager. Now click the Steam Workshop button. Search for this mod. Open Mod page. Unsub and resub to the mod. It will be visible again in Mod Manager. Double click to make sure the light is green and move to the location in your Mod Manager if needed. Load into your Profile. This will need to be done each time you launch the game until Steam fixes the issue.

Sorry man, just getting tired of having to resubscribe to the same mods every time I start the game. Wasn't sure if updating it would help.

@Trucker64 that has nothing to do with this mod. It is a Steam Workshop issue that they need to fix. There is nothing wrong with this.

Needs updated to 1.44 so Steam will quit saying it's missing from the mod manager.

So far this is working as intended with Open Beta 1.40. Like usual though if you find anything that seems suspect then please report it so it can be fixed.

@jwsrcyr Never tested this with coast to coast to be honest. I seldom if ever run map mods. However I don't see why not. Keep above coast to coast in priority.

Just a heads up. Colorado is releasing in a few hours. As there are boards in Colorado that this mod is going to affect(at least from gameplay footage) this may be incompatible to start. If you experience any adverse side effects please disable the mod until I can check it out.

1.39 is officially released. I had no problems with this during the beta however if you experience issues please report. Same thing with Colorado as I noticed that boards have been reused from Washington and Utah.

so if you want to see what utah dot has on some of there boards theres an app called udot for utah dot its free it has traffic options but theres an setting to see what the signs say
