What does this mod do?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Leader Overhaul - Lite Edition [LO-LE] improves the default Stellaris leaders by making them more diverse.
- LO-LE accomplishes this by adding a new type of trait--flaws.
- - Flaws are negative traits that give a leader +1 trait point.
- LO-LE does not add any traits that did not exist in the base game; it merely unlocks some of the negative traits to appear during leader generation.
- Unlike previous editions of my LO mods, LO-LE now works with machine empires!
