Leader Overhaul - Full Edition v1.0.0 for Stellaris v2.7.* - Change Log

What does this mod do?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Leader Overhaul - Full Edition [LO-FE] improves the default Stellaris leaders by making them more drastically diverse.
- LO-FE accomplishes this by adding 3 new types of traits--flaws, quirks, and boons.
- - Flaws are negative traits that give a leader +1 trait point.
- - Quirks are both positive and negative traits that cost 0 trait points.
- - Boons are very powerful positive traits that cost 2 trait points.
- Over 100 new traits have been added so far, and many more are planned for future releases.
- In addition, LO-FE 'breaks apart' the scientist class of leaders into two separate branches: researchers and surveyors.
- Unlike previous editions of my LO mods, LO-FE now works with machine empires! Future releases of LO-FE will include further machine empire support.
- Lastly, LO-FE increases the available leader pool from 3 to 5, to take advantage of the improved variety of leaders available.

No, because to the best I could find, those sort of effects were hard-coded in, or required extensive edits to a larger number of files. My goal was to make this as compatible with other mods as possible.

Does this mod have the new scientist traits (genius and such) apply tech-weighting like the canon traits do? IE, does genius gets the same tech weights as spark of genius?

Any eta on the level up script? I was thinking of doing it myself, but I thought if its going to be soon I could wait.

Your already hired leaders will not change. I haven't tested it (so backup your saved game), but from what I know of how the game processes leaders, you should be fine activating it in an existing saved game, and all newly generated leaders will be modified by this.

Is it safe to activate this in an on-going game? Will my already hired leaders get any effects from this?
