No inflation

Description
I strike again! This time against inflation.
Since it never got balanced, I decided to just turn it off.
Sets both max empire inflation to 1 and and min to 0.75.
Sets growth factors to 0.
It's time to generate dust and buyout things!
Like back in the ES1 days.

Superspuds and buyout reductions are again relevant.
Dustcidious trees are no longer an inflation suicuide.
Lumeris can do things again.

If you're too lazy to modify your own files-or want no inflation in multiplayer with friends-I made a fork (my own version) of this mod that works in the current, Re-Awakening version and integrates Community Fixes

For anyone else, I figured it out. According to Kaneeden earlier in the comments, you can find the base game's own "SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml" file in the path \Endless Space 2\Public\Simulation.
The only value I changed was "DustInflationFactor" to a value of 0.0002 which seems pretty balanced to me.

You can jury rig fix it yourself by copying the new SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml over the old SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml and changing the dust inflation values with notepad++. This will let you load the saves that are flagged with this mod atleast

worked well for me so far with an healthy inflation around 2% in late game on a huge map, it scales with map size, number of enemies etc so on a small map with few enemies 0.0001 could be advised.
setting it to zero breaks the game in some edge cases so don´t put any zeros in there or crazy things will most likely happen XD
e.g. the calculation of revenue from trade lanes and its growth are also connected, and 0 can break many calcs.

I would suggest fulltexting all the xmls for inflation and see what I missed.
But 60% of the time, this mod works everytime. :-D

Seems its working not right, on Turn 30 the Inflation hits like a Truck, a Building that costs before 150k, after 5 Turns it costs 1500k.
