SeriousStruppisCampaign

Description
This mod is a collection of classic serious sam levels
with different enemies and weapons. I wanted to recreate a classic serious sam
campaign and give it my own touch.

Please do not expect a masterpiece, because this is my first
serious sam modification. I am also not talented in creating new 3d
environments, and that is the reason I just took some of the old serious sam
levels and mixed them up with some new stuff. But if You have fun with playing
these levels, i will be happy ;)

This mod is compatible with coop play, so grab some friends and shoot your way through hordes of monsters.

This mod replaces some original game files, so please deactivate it if you want
to play with other mods or in vanilla.

It is recommended to not have any other mods active while playing this, except the workshop objects mentioned in the dependencies list.

You have to subscribe to additional mods listed below in order to be able to play these levels.

d1974 so I did not say that I humiliate this work and hate the author. No, on the contrary, the work is good, and I understand that a lot of effort was put into it. I understand that this work has also been done for a very long time. And that it is really difficult, but still I did not say that the work is bad. I just said don't copy someone else's work and ideas. But still, there are differences and originality in this, and I'm sorry that I didn't notice it right away.

В игре listem my guy i obviously dont see how that can be plagiarism yes i understand that he kind of did the same thing but the BFE resources arent anyones the developers made the games so if someone wants to replace enemies thats their wish and nobody can say a thing he is not using the same name either plues he didnt exactly replace enemies he just did that mod how he wanted to and honestly if he finished this mod it would have been one of the best mods out there. It is nice when someone does these kinds of things because as a little kid i always thought to myself what it would be to have weapons and enemies from different games i respect every single one of the workshop community not only for serious sam but for all games because these guys put a lot of effort into making these mods and no one should complain about anything that is free so please dont disrespect anyone who does workshop content please we are all one community and shouldnt be hating each other.

@В игре - I am sorry that you do not like the mod and I respect your opinion. And I thank you for your honesty.

I would say that I did not create a plagiarism of Serious SamHD: BFE. I even did not play it at all. I just wanted to try to create some own stuff without making whole new 3D environments, because I did not have enough time and skill for it. So I took some of the classic Serious Sam levels and filled them with weapons and enemies from BFE.
I also did that 10 or more years ago for the classic Serious Sam games TFE & TSE, but of course with classic enemies and weapons.

I think the goal of Serious Sam HD: BFE was to create a BFE campaign similar to the original one. My goal was just to have some fun with creating a few levels without much efford, but still give it my own touch.

If people have fun with these levels, I will be happy. If people do not have fun with it, it is fine for me too.

I agree, the work is hard and good. But I'm sorry... It's just a hoax. This mod already existed, it still contained not only TFE, but also TSE, and was called Serious Sam HD: BFE. SeriousStruppisCampaign = this is a plagiarism of Serious Sam HD: BFE. Please answer whether this is plagiarism or just be honest. And I don't demean this job

@Riba - Thanks for the explanation. Seems I forgot to set settings for multiplayer in the gametitle. I will have a look on that and try to fix it. Melee is deactivated because it caused visual issues with weapon animations
Riba4ok13 9 Jun, 2020 @ 6:55am
All other players on my server have missing animations on weapons, those you pick up on level. Someone have BFE style sprint, someone have HD style run. And why i cant use melee on enemies? Is it really BFE interface?

@timilyo80 - I also noticed that the grass spread everywhere after baking the levels. Thanks for the information on how to fix it, i will try it on the weekend.

@Riba4ok13 - I was not able to test in in coop yet. If errors occur while playing multiplayer, I will try to reproduce and fix them as soon as possible. Can you tell me what kind of issues you encountered during coop play?
Riba4ok13 9 Jun, 2020 @ 2:11am
In coop it had a lot of errors. Maybe in SP it good, but coop disappointed me.

To put tags, you select them in the "upload to Steam" window in the editor. Simple.

For the maps, I'm at the Grand Catedral right now, but it's really not bad for now. The first part was less good cause we only have the 2 shotgun and, later, the rocket launcher, but it felt different enought personnally.

Also, to prevent the grass effects to spread everywhere in level 5, you have to save the project by quiting without saving and unselect the "crubs" (dunno the spelling) in the "do you want to save these things" window. At less that's what I did in my map whenever I baked the lights and sh!t.
