Realistic Weather Resistence

Description
In this mod, I have adjusted the maximum acid/burn resistance of different slots (headgear, body armour, etc.) and then change the according set from the vanilla game.

I can bear no more about such scene in vanilla game: NPC can get total acid/burning resistance by wearing a hat and a dustcoat. In that case, as you image, the NPC still has his/her arms partially (antebrachiums and hands) exposed to the deadly rain! And he/she can even go without wearing any more (pants, shoes). This is quite weird, cos I believe that such resistance shall only work well when the body is totally covered. (NO CHANGE about gas/dust storm resistance, as it is quite logical for those items to work well by covering the face)

I chose to review the calculation I need to evaluate a burning patient (generally estimated areas for different parts of body). According to the models of equipment, I just define:

Headgear:head, max=10%.
Body armour: torso+upper limbs (including hands),max=45%.
Leg wear:upper legs(only two of them are set to resist weather, and none of them can cover more, that's why I set so), max=25%.
Footwear:lower legs+feet(NEW ITEM: Traveller's Boots, same model as drifter boots, no defense cover like Wooden Sandals, acid/burn 20%, sold in some travelgear shop, maybe), max=20%.

Now if an item can not cover all the parts according to its slot, its resistance will be lower than maximum set. For example, the dustcoat series always left some parts of arms and both hands out, so the resistance will be lower than 45%, and the sleeveless version is even lower.NAKED=HARMED.

Hope you enjoy the new settings!

Version 5 (2020.7.1)

Now you can craft these new travel gears in corresponding functional buildings.

Version 4 (2020.6.28)

New armour members added!

1. Portable gas mask
I just want to have something only makes a NPC immune to gas so that he/she can survive from those death cloud, but without face covered in appearance, with headgear visible. Thanks for the idea from MOD "Belt Worn Gas Masks" by vampirecosmonaut, now I have another mask that with 100% gas resistence, a new icon modified from fog mask, yes, as you can see, a part of it. It is set to use "when necessary" (only in text T_T), so I removed all the other functions (such as stealth bonus) . Also the description says it only "compatible with headgears that do not cover the same area", such as googles/hats, etc; but to tell the truth, you can choose whatever you like, if you don't care about the realism. Finally I believe that even soldier drones should have the right to go across the gas, so I add almost no race limit: EVERY flesh NPC can use it.

2. Portable raincoat
I suddenly found a problem with my setting: if a human/shek lose both legs, he/she will never have a chance to get acid/burn resistence full (at most 80%), because replaced limbs have no resistence setting while such charactors can no longer wear boots. So I decide to add a raincoat to solve this problem, but it comes with a lot of "bonuses" that you may only choose to wear it if you don't need to fight. It may be suitable for your workers/farmers/cooks, etc, unless you are willing to manually equip/unequip it for your warriors.

Version 3 (2020.6.9)

Change to standalone version(old integrated version abandoned already).

Thank you for your suggestion, but I believe, for example, that acid resistence only exist when there is no gap for the acid rain to go through. Howerer, between the backpacks and your charactor's back, there is still some room for rain to penetrate, ...

(One thing more... in FCS there is no such setting option for backpacks -_-b)

idk if you did this here, but I just thought of it, so I might as well tell you

what if backpacks gave acid protection, since it's like a giant shield on your back
