this mod is for people that get really bad anxiety from emergency alert messages (such as myself) what this mod does is replace all EBS sound files with sound files of pure silence, so you cant even hear anything coming from the radios

honestly i made this when i was like 14 i genuinely have no idea how this is 300mb

once i get back into playing half life ill probably update this and fix that

a mod that replaces actual audio with dead silence is somehow almost 300 mb, truly the optimization master of our time

y'know it's actually illegal to use the eas tones outside of emergency alerts, mainly to prevent it from losing its meaning but also because they can actually trigger real eas equipment
