Three Turn Reforms

Description


Reduces the cooldown between reforms to three turns for both player and AI.

Does not affect the initial 3 turn cooldown at the start of a campaign.

Also reduces Yellow Turban, Eight Princes, Mandate of Heaven YT, and A World Betrayed research time by a flat 40%.

@all,
It does not appear to be possible to make this mod player-only; the values in the tables I edited are all global.

I'll continue to look into this further, and I am open to suggestions if anyone has a possible solution.

Hi my friend, thanks for your excellent work especially the tiered unit cards ! Same as below, is it possible to make one only affecting player not AI ? Thank you !
