Bulk Hauler Truck - Cargo

An extreme-duty bulk carrier transport truck with room for 4 crew. No mods and no DLC, so vanilla and Survival ready.

Cargo Containers are code indexed and numbered with " Bulk Cargo Box " and so type in "Bulk" in the Terminal and just the cargo those boxes will appear. Useful if you're connected to another grid.
They're numbered in a staggered pattern, left to right, so Box 001 will be left directly behind the cab and Box 002 will be to its right behind the cab. Box 003 is below Box 001 and so forth.

PCU is just under 6200
Empty weight is under 100K Kg
Loaded weight in bulk ore is under 530K Kg

Driving details;
Unloaded can go.. Damn near anywhere but loaded at the max of 520k Kg can move drive on gradients of about 15 degrees unassisted ONLY if all 10 wheels are on the ground.
For best off-roading drive to steep grades at speeds of about 30m/s+ with or without the built-in rocket boost, use your judgement and plot your course for return trips.
If you have fuel and your thrusters are not working... The fuel inside of H2 Engines are calculated by the game as your sum total WITH the hydrogen tanks capacity. Feel free to load in some scripts to show your true fuel capacity.

Wheels are grouped if you're stuck and need to drop suspension on certain axle pairs to get contact but don't even try at 25 degree gradients if you're starting from a standstill, you'll have to hit those at a good speed to pass.

Primary influences for this build are the 10 Wheel Drive vehicles from the Spintires game, Kenworth C500 and the Ford Panther body cars to a lesser extent.


Features;

1. 10 wheels and 10 large cargo containers that can carry about 420,000Kg of whatever you want. When fully loaded with ore total weight of the vehicle is about 520,000Kg. Unloaded weight is about 97,000Kg.
1a. Note; ingots and some components weigh alot more than ore.

2. 12 batteries so the truck can loiter and recharge mining vehicles at work sites.
2a. Don't charge these with the H2 engines that will get you nowhere fast.

3. 9 Hydrogen Engines as backup power with fuel storage for approx. 2 extra refuels. If your hauling Ice then your range is indefinite.
3a. Refueling your tanks from Ice doesn't take too long (about 45min) but use the H2 Stockpile button when refueling from base/fuel storage.

4. 5 hydrogen thrusters that act as "boosters". These are intended for short, level roads to steep inclines and improv drag racing.
4a. These will take you over the speed limit of 45m/s so drive at your own risk. 30 - 40 m/s are good speeds for hauling.

5. Survival Kit spawning, healing, and E.V.A. style jetpack refueling.
5a. Next to the Kit are ports for H2 Bottle recharging and a toolbox for tooling things that need tooled.
5b. Added a item box to the cab.

6. 2 Cryo Chambers for your narcoleptic friends and/or infrequent naps.

7. Pressurized cab for those thin atmosphere planets or when targeted by coal rollers.

8. I have included the Immersive Car Lights script for.. Immersive... Car lights. Basically turning on your headlights will enable tail lights as well and they react to braking input. Reverse and turn signal lights work as well.
