D M P - A i r   O p s   M a l d e n 
 
[SP/COOP Local Host/Dedicated Server] 
Tested on Dedi = Yes 
Civ Presence = No 
Enemy Faction = Light-Medium armored Military  
Campaign Mode = ON 
Length = 30-80min
Dynamic and randomly generated large scale AO covering the entire Malden map, showcasing the incredibly powerful Drongo's Map Population engine at the core of everything. Specifically designed for various Air Operations. 
 
Each new game will spawn enemies and missions in different locations. Please allow 40 seconds at mission start for enemy and missions to be spawned/assigned 
 
The BOO has many features, take a minute to walk around and sus it all out.
 
  • 400m radius Live Feed UAV of the Carrier displayed on a large Screen in HQ Hangar.
  • PC terminal in the tent where you can select the Pylons loadout of Air Assets if embarking on manual flight CAS missions.
  • PC terminal in HQ Hangar which assigns a new mission on top of current
  • PC terminal with a campaign report request function
  • PC Screen in the HQ Hangar for Group Parachute drop ins just in case
  • Virtual Arsenal crates about the place
  • APC, HMG and Tank vehicles for Vehicle Transport practice with VTOL Loading
  • Sling Loading area for practice with the Huron
  • A few PC Screens describing a few features ;-)
  • Many other little details and custom textures
Each new game has a range of randomly assigned missions from a pool of the following : 
  • Rescue/Medivac
  • Kill HVT 
  • Clear
  • Destroy Structure 
  • Destroy Vehicle/Ship/Plane/Helicopter
  • Destroy Squad
  • Deliver Airlift/Supplies/Vehicle
  • Aerial Recon area 
Enemy Types Present : 
  • Vehicles HMG/MRAP/IFV/APC/Tank
  • Attack Boats
  • Helicopters (chance of)
  • Planes (chance of)
  • Statics
  • Roadblocks
  • HVTs (chance of) 
  • Hunter Vehicles (chance of) 
  • VBIEDs in Civilian Vehicles 
Support Available to players : 
  • Switch your View Distance on the go with DCE
  • Admin Menu built into DCE for any pesky beggars that spawn under ground (hay stacks/patios); must be #loggedAdmin
  • All vanilla air assets available for Manual flight
  • Air Assets have customizable pylons via PC terminal in a tent before flying out manually
  • Zeus for #adminLogged, you cannot control any DMP mission assets, but it's there if you want to cause some chaos 
  • Plenty of playable spots and spare Aircraft
Enemy will spawn in various inf/veh group sizes. VBIEDs are likely and will cause HUGE explosions that will take Helos out of the sky if they are too close.  
 
This is a medium sized AO and is designed for Local Hosting. The AI has been scaled down to consist mainly of vehicles. There is no Civ populous and very low counts of infantry squads, if any, saving on AI workload. Obviously on a dedicated server it will perform best.
 
The other Drongo's Mods required are to showcase the immersion that mods like DCE inject into ARMA 3.  
Quite frankly in my opinion they should be included in the vanilla game.

How To Launch Mission Solo or LAN :
  • Go to Multiplayer
  • Server browser
  • Host Server
  • Type in server name, # of players, password
  • Choose map on left (Malden 2035 in this case) and the mission on right.

Same dynamic population and random mission assignment.
Plus AI Unit caching across the entire map. Hugely increasing performance for local hosting.
Lots of new goodies in the CAS HQ as well. Please check it out :rockon:

Hmm strange, i only enabled the required mods ill look into it.

Actually the mission worked fine on local test and on my server.
If you're getting a blank lobby screen usually means either missing mod or mod conflict. Maybe just try the above list of mods only.

DMP has had substantial updates since July, some mission maintenance is due.

***UPDATE***
- increased chance of Rescue missions being assigned
- added x2 Hellcats for extra Medivac options
- removed some mod dependencies that were accidentally left over in the mission.sqm
