Sorry I should have posted this earlier. I have not played Stelaris in well over a year (I was thinking I would come back at x point or another) and I likely will not be anytime soon. For that reason and that I am very busy these days I am officially depreciating all my Stelaris MODs.

What this means:

>There will be no further updates or support for this MOD
>Anyone who wishes to can update, alter, include or otherwise benefit from this MOD as they see fit
>I will leave the MOD available for at least 1 year from 09/26/21
>I will leave the comment section open at least till 12/31/21

Simple Trait MOD that does the following:

>Biologicals trait points set to 30
>Biologicals trait picks set to 50
>Machine trait points set to 28
>Machine trait picks set to 50
>Robot trait points set to 15
>Robot trait picks set to 30

Hey friend, this mod is the best mod i've used so far, but ever since the introduction of the Budding trait, it does not allow robots to be built with this mod installed.

As long as you don't play machine empires, or want to make robots, this mod works in 3.1

Still would like to see that 20/30 point/picks version, or something similar just so that the AI won't mash together the entire maximum 50 traits and cause slow downs.

Probably have to do some troubleshooting. Most likely another MOD is overwriting mine.

To check turn off all other MODs but mine then enter the game and customize a race and see if the number of trait points is correct.

If yes: it is being overwritten. You can try changing the order so mine is last, that may work. Otherwise you would have to disable the one overwriting mine.

If no:.....Hmm, maybe a version mismatch, something is keeping it from loading. This I am not to sure of, lets hope it is yes above. If not let me know in case I can think of something else but likely I will not have a good answer for you.

They should have access to all the points, and that includes any of my other mods as well.
However they may not use them all. Or to be specific, I did not change the AI at all and by default they have the same access as players and randomly use there points up to max. I am not sure of there weighting however.
