Description
Kaylica's Necrarchs【The Return of W'soran】

I, W'soran, the ancestor of Necrarchs, has recovered my body and is now resurrected. Wait and see, you rude people who disturb the Master of the Dark Arts's meditation on necromancy, you will eventually become the materials for my experiment. At the same time, the treacherous disciple Melkhior, now is hiding in the shadow forest. Although Melkhior betrayed me, he can still be used. Let him go, maybe he can make some contribution to my great study, and then I will swallow all the fruits.

Requires
Mixu's Unlocker or Crynsos' Faction Unlocker to play the Necrarch Brotherhood faction (mod will work without unlockers for the AI)

Hello Kaylica, I solved the ruined settlement issue - I had altered the appropriate tables through RPFM. Another thing, seeing as the necrarch brotherhood is still present in WH3, will you be porting this as soon as you are able ?

It seem to cause problem with Cataph TEB in lustria, it change lords to empire archer lords, sad thing because it's the only one of the list causing trouble, and i guess it will not be updated/corrected anymore.

Hello! All-time favorite mod, this.
I am having trouble figuring out what's rendering the settlement skins as ruins- I have tried using some of the settlement skin mods - mainly the tiny little cities beta - and tinkering with both mods on rpfm with little avail. I have also tried playing with no other mods besides yours but the settlements still appear as ruins. Do you have some suggestions?
