Description
Hooray! Now all civilizations gain access to +2 Science and +2 Culture per turn before settling their first cities, something that I don't think should have been restricted only to Kupe. Have fun!

For some reason, I can't load any game with this mod anymore (nor create new one)... using the same mods as before. So far I am the only one to report this so maybe it's isolated. Removing it solved it but in total I had to remove 3 other mods as well that were compatible before.
I do not think this is a mod incompatiblity between these 4 mods, they all worked fine before and haven't been updated recently. The game was, most likely. Note I have all DLCs activated.
Thank you for this mod in any case, I always thought it was unfair to be so late behind if you had a really bad spawn.
