Description
This is Dinosaur Island + expansion based on the great implementation by kidtuf.

We have included some script features that help you dealing with the setup each turn. I have also added some snap points and fixed the size of some stuff like the scientists. Thanks to Ator61 for all the improvements.

Scripting features
Most scripting features are activated with buttons on the main board. If you experience bugs during the game, you can still play without the buttons and without any script.
  • DNA dice placement
    Just draw the necessary number of dice and they are placed automatically. You can remove dice by putting them back into the bag.
  • DNA roll
    Click the button next to the DNA row and the script will roll all the dice for you.
  • Drawing exhibits
    Use the button next to the exhibits to remove existing ones and to place new ones. Removing old ones is recommended with the marine creature expansion. If the bags are empty, you can shuffle discarded exhibits and put them back into the bags.
  • Recall scientists
    Recalling all your scientists back to your board is now only one click on the button at the bottom left of the board.
  • Refill market
    Clicking on the button next to "Phase 2" makes the script to refill the market. Tiles on the top row are removed and the marked is refilled as it should be. This script checks for existing tiles in the slots every time, so you can manually remove, add or move tiles from one slot to another and the script will get it.
    For 5 players or more: There is a button that tells the script to also fill the bottom row at the left of the market board.

It's been a long time since I created this mod.
I've just uploaded a version that fixes the two broken models I was able to identify. If there are more issues, feel free to share the links with me.
Please note that I didn't keep the original author's files, so the models may look quite different now.
As for the DNA script: it does work. From what I can tell, you need to take the DNA dice out of the bag first.

Hey, Loved the mod! I think some of the sites hosting your images are dead. Is there any local copy or something I can get my hands on? I've never tried to do any form of scripting but I might want to give it a shot if I find some free time.

I just sent Nor Dogroth an update that resolves the Visitor issue, as well as provides many enhancements, updates, and corrections.
Tag based snaps so Lab and Park parts place easier;
Phase 2 now just checks the number of seated players to determine how many rows to populate.
The dice will now roll if you reload mid game, and you can easily add the Plot Twist dice.
The recipe tiles are now correctly refilled.
All boards are set to NOT be interactable so you cannot accidentally unlock boards and cause chaos.
All players start with $15 (less clicking)
Fixed the Reset Player Order button.
... and some other stuff.

Yeah that is a reasonable short term workaround. I saw a number of cleanup areas in the game I played this weekend and will find time to do an update and make the mod smoother.

I found a way to stop the error. It seems the URL they used for the diffuse/image no longer exists. if you delete the URL and import, your issue should be gone

I am having the same issue with the import error when I pull visitors, they are also autolocking when pulled. That may be due to the error. Plz help
