Permanent Scavenger Market

Description
This mod makes the apparition of the Scavenger Market permanent (or almost, the code doesn't play nice) in play. No more, no less. Appears at the same time under the same conditions. It sells the same items for the same prices, with Intel.

Not compatible with Grobo's Tactical Overhaul Mod, either because
it is integrated into it or fundamentally conflicts with it.

This is an older Chimera mod things may have changed but it worked at the time. You can use Grobo's mod.

Doesn't seem to work anymore. If anything, it disables the Scavenger market. I haven't seen it in several days.

Does this remove the annoying Market warning as well?
