O.S.A. Manipulator Craft A-1

The A-1 Manipulator Craft is a small, hydrogen-powered vessel designed to fit inside the Roquette’s hangar. Due to its small size it has limited fuel on board, and relies on a hydrogen supply being available for frequent refuelling. Its role is to use its two forward-facing landing gears to lock onto objects in space and then move them around. Alternatively, it can keep objects in place so that the A-2 Utility Craft can either repair or disassemble them.

The A-1 can technically do these things on a planet’s surface, but it will have reduced flight-time and be more difficult to control. If an object is difficult to keep in place when in space, activate the gyroscope override.

Known issues:
▪ For some reason, the inertia dampeners stop working the moment you attach yourself to objects in natural gravity. You will have to hold and release the spacebar to stay in the air, which is difficult. It is possible, but moving objects in gravity is not recommended.
