Terminal Suppression Mod

Description
This mod has been completely retooled.

Terminal now gets 2 separate abilities on the same shared cooldown. You can either Pin Down or Suppress the target. Pin Down roots it and Suppression Fire disorients it. Both push the enemy down the Timeline. Using either one puts both abilities on Cooldown.

Using them does not end the turn. They cost 1 ammo.

You cannot Pin or Suppress a Turret or stunned units among other things that make sense. You cannot Suppress or Pin Down a target that doesnt use cover like a Berserker.

Pin and Suppress both cause 1 point of damage that cannot be avoided except with Shields.

Pin Down and Suppression both requires you to be within 12 Tiles of the target as any further you're not very threatening enough to warrant disorient or rooting.

Both abilities use the same CONFIG parameters as the base game. I do not recommend changing them.

The ADVENT MEC uses the same ability Terminal has with the same parameters. It has base support for the base game AI, but my Improved Chimera AI mod also allows it to use both versions not just rooting.

Not compatible with Grobo's Tactical Overhaul Mod, either because
it is integrated into it or fundamentally conflicts with it.

Thanks for this. this is nice, love the ability but it was always very niche and hard to justify using.
