Before opening zoo, go to my "Botanic Zen" Collection and hit "subscribe to all" to avoid any blueprint breaking.

SCENARIO:
The Japanese Botanic Garden Society has recently cleared some space and is looking to expand. Beginning with the graciously donated elephants and crocodiles (currently in quarantine), build new habitats and begin expansion. Hire vendors, add new shops, and raise the overall zoo rating to at least 4 stars, while staying profitable.
