Description
This mod was original designed for 2.7.2, but has been tested and is working beyond that.

I won't update the version number because it legitimately doesn't matter afaik.

Because the last one wasn't too balanced, I've made a separate version that ONLY affects the claims cost and doesn't let you get 0% cost through techs. It might still be possible but at that point you've earned it.

At any rate, have fun actually being able to afford claims.

Changes:
-50% influence cost on claims

this is a great mod, works perfectly and lowers the cost of claims by 50%. i want such a mod because i like to do some imperialism. lowering claims by 50% does not make them too cheap that they are worth nothing, you still need the ascension perk "interstellar dominion" to lower the claims cost by another 20% and then often you find a situation where you sit in an empire with 1000 influence and can claim all the territory of who you want. great mod. i put an award
