Bound Ballista

Surprise, motherf*cker.

Adds a new, overpowered bound weapon spell called the Bound Ballista. The Bound Ballista is much like the Bound Bow, but it can be drawn quite a bit faster.
More importantly, though, it deals so much damage that one arrow could obliterate the entire city of Windhelm, if the game only made it possible. In other words, a f*ck-ton of damage.

The spell tome can be found in the Midden in the College of Winterhold, on a table near the Atronach Forge. If you're too lazy to find the tome, the spell can be learned via console commands. Use "help ballista" to find the ID.
