Magic - No random movement (Vortex Spells)

Description
What is it?

Removed the random movement effect from the top tier magic Vortex spells for all races (this does not include things like wind of death or burning head, this is the large randomly moving vortex spells only)

Update

Added random but reduced movement on the overcast version of the spell to signify the sheer power of the magic being manipulated

Regular cast - Static
Overcast - Random, reduced movement


This allows the player to decide if he wants a static spell that is active for slightly less time or a more destructive spell that will move around randomly

I've added a tip on the spell icon when you click it to tell you that overcast will add a random movement effect

why have you done that?

I want to use the best magic spells more often, at the moment, i tend to stick to first tier as they are more effective

In what way?

This is a mod i made for myself to make those top teir, ultimate spells viable again.

i'd love for this to be ported over to wh3 immortal empires, i really enjoyed this in wh2

Immortal empires despite being a beta is rather stable. I'd say the game is in a better state than it was at launch most assuredly. Take your time though.

What do you think about changing the behavior of standard cast and overcast? No movement is kinda too strong for a standard cast imo(50% slower move would fit the standard cast better). I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this.

Of course, if you would do this, having it in another .pack file(another mod) would be appreciated, so people can choose.

i will do eventually, i'm not playing WH3 as it's in a pretty poor state, once it's better i'll port the mods i think are needed over, this will indeed be one of them

Couatl's Lesser CLtng still moves. Not that it matters or that it should be changed, they're OP as fk in Tlaqua roster. But just a mention.

Thanks, i found, he conflicted with mod "double magic". I off him and now your mod works.
